Engagement Pathways

At the Suncoast Collective, there are two different ways to be engaged. The Personal Pathway and the Business Pathway (or both). By establishing two distinct pathways, the Suncoast Collective acknowledges and addresses the unique needs and aspirations of individuals and businesses. This differentiation ensures that each member receives tailored experiences and resources, fostering an environment where personal and professional growth can flourish in harmony. It also promotes a dynamic interplay between the two groups, encouraging collaborations that are grounded in authenticity and shared values.

About our founder

Heidi Bennington

After years of climbing the corporate ladder, I found myself at a crossroads. On paper, I had achieved success—holding a stable position, earning a steady income, and ticking all the conventional boxes. Yet, beneath the surface, there was a growing sense of disconnection and unfulfillment.

The turning point came with the end of my marriage. Navigating the complexities of divorce was both challenging and enlightening. It compelled me to reflect deeply on my identity, aspirations, and the relationships I had cultivated over the years. I realized that many of my connections were transactional, lacking the depth and authenticity I craved.

In the aftermath, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery. I transitioned from the corporate world to entrepreneurship, seeking not just a new career path, but a renewed sense of purpose. Along the way, I encountered others—both individuals and business owners—who shared similar experiences of feeling isolated despite being surrounded by people.

This collective yearning for genuine connection and meaningful relationships inspired the creation of the Suncoast Collective. It's more than a network; it's a community where authenticity is celebrated, mentorship is accessible, and personal and professional growth go hand in hand.
